ENUM for Color Dropdwn

1. How can I bring the color to EA settings as ENUM drop-down menu to select from the variety of colors?

2. How can I Change the color of ID 1 of and when a condition is met ?

2. Change color of individual candles: No idea

To change the colour the only thing (that I know of) is to draw a rectangle over it, not worth the trouble in my opinion
