I have a strategy that I want to open two trades at the same time, one buy and one sell, with a fixed target and stop. No matter what I do, it doesn't open both at the same time, and only one trade is opened. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me.

How can I set up a strategy with the following conditions:
That recognizes the previous 4-hour candle and sets buy limit and sell limit trades 30 pips higher and 30 pips lower at the same time. Whichever one is activated deactivates the other.
