Supply demand zone

Can someone send me an example of how to mark supply and demand zones? Which blocks and how to use them? I've been searching and can't find one. Sorry if there's already a post about this, but I can't find it.

Supply and demand zone seems to be a valid concept. In reality, there are many many different ways to define it by different people.

That's why I ask, since I don't know how to do it. If someone already has a concept done and could share it or teach me how to do it, I would be grateful.

One solution might be to use an indicator. There is something out there
