MAX and MIN range between two horisontal lines (check distance)

Im already done with with range break EA, but I need kind of a filter for max and min range in pips, so range between two horisonrtal lines (top and bottom lines) should have max and min in pips...
So acheck distance measuring the current price number not the range between two lines
please help

here you can see:

On the top - two check distance

and there is two lines on the the chart - LineHigh and LineLow - the only think that i want is the check the distance between those two lines and say is that lower or highrer than X pips

I SOLVED (by my self)

Just for those who may struggle with this if the future, just measure by: Check distanse - market properties (High / Low price ) time period.
