why some blocks work in live but not in test?

hey everyone.
i have a issue with my EA. some of my blocks like (turn on/off blocks) work when i apply my EA in live charts but they don't when I'm back-testing it. can anybody tell me how to fix it?

Does it draw the line? It will likely be one of the blocks above, use a process of elimination, and remove blocks and test until you find the blocks causing this.
