Stop loss Candle

How can I create a stop loss that would be placed automatically below or above the the current candle.
Meaning this stop loss would not be bases on pips but on the candle opening

once per bar is a good way to place on candle open (this will activate on the first tick of a new candle, so SL set in block will be x pips from the candle open
