How can I Close the Buy position when the Sell posi. starts?

For example if i want to use RSI14 and i want to sell when RSI14>70 and BUY when RSI<30.
I want to TP when the other order starts (If i go sell then to close the position when the other order opens) .
How i can do this on the diagram ?
