How to create pop-up alert/message when something happens

Hi,
I am trying to learn how to create a pop-up message/alert when certain conditions will be met. For example in below uploaded project I would like to blink the screen, show pop-up message and play a sound when RSI goes above 70 points. I tested shared project but nothing happens except record in journal. What I am doing wrong ?PS: How can I share project in this forum ? (like others do with /fxdreema.com/shared/......) ?
