Sell at previous bar high or low.

I was wondering if there is an way to set a buy stop/sell stop at the previous days hi,low, close etc? I tried setting a condition that feeds into my and statement where price today => greater yesterday bar (Candle ID 1).

Pending orders can be placed everywhere at any time. At 02:53 in the night you can place a new pending order with open price at the previous day's high. Like this: http://prntscr.com/7gbdvz
