Why Fractal don't work with candle ID 1 ?

Why Fractal don't work with candle ID 1 ?

l have try to candle id 2,3,4 work fine
but now work with candle 1.

Because basic fractals are composed of 3 or more bars. The rules for identifying fractals are as follows:

A bearish turning point occurs when there is a pattern with the __**highest high in the middle and two lower highs on each side**__.
A bullish turning point occurs when there is a pattern with the __**lowest low in the middle and two higher lows on each side**__.

....that means id2, id3....etc.

Also, most (if not all) indicators that put arrows work on candle ID at least 1
