Opening price for pending orders.

Hello guys. I have a big problem.
I calculate 10 point + open price .
and send a comb order in the result.
but sometimes it opens the last cotato price.

not 10 points above the opening of the current candle
Sat someone to talk why this occurs ?

I think the problem has been because of one of the rules . In theory did not see the mistake . But you never know neh !
