External Variables

Hello

Can you please bring back the ability to make variables (external) on the web version.
When importing from the PC version, one has to move all the external variables to constants its so cumbersome.

This feature was wrong from the beginning. One day I decided to combine constants and variables into one (variables) and I created this feature, but it was not a good idea I'm also not sure how good is the idea to make it in a way to auto convert those variables into constants...
