Help with Variables

Good morning/Night/Afternoon. Need help: on this EA I need the condition 19 to take the results of the Formula 20 (Pips_Range). But it looks like I am missing something else. Do I need a modify variable option?

Any block that is not connected to another block is simply not included to the final EA Also, it's better if you use some Formula block to connect it somewhere before the other block that will use it's result.
