Trading pairs by session

Hi I have a question is it possible to build an EA that would only trade certain pairs depending on which session is open?

As an example see below:

Midnight to say two am no trades
Two am to seven am JPY pairs
Seven am to eleven am EU and GPB pairs
Eleven am to four PM USD and CAD pairs

Note not all of the available pairs but selectable by the user.
