I want to create a new EA and I need that a condition on a daily timeframe must be taken into account then triggering a trade on an hourly timeframe. I searched for the forum trying to find how to do it but apparently I'm the first one asking. Could someone please help?

In blocks, let's say in Condition, you will see "More settings". Click on it and extra settings will appear., one of which is Timeframe

Does that mean that I can specify which conditions are activated on each timeframe just by chosing it case by case?

I don't understand what "activated" means here. Otherwise yes, MetaTrader allows you to get information from any timeframe. Well, there is a little issue with the biggest timeframes when backtesting.
