CLOSE BAR HELP!

hello,

I am trying to make a cross ma ea and i check on 'bar close' so it can take the closure price of the bar in order to avoid swings and too many open close but it does not work, when the bar touches the MA's opens and closes positions in the same candle!!
is there something i can do??

no not really, i am trying to put price over indicator , a condition like this
