Price value live

is there a way i can define the value of the candle as it moves??? i dont need the closure or the open but if the value for example is over a MA to buy at that moment and not at the end of the candle.

by default, thats how every ea works. every tick.
maybe you are using "once per bar" block or testing with model "open prices only" - just change these to work every tick
