How to remove or Stop EA from a chart?

Is there a way to remove or stop an "EA" on a chart using a script or an EA?

You want to remove another EA? I only know how to remove the EA itself and there is a block for this called Terminate

I want to stop as well as remove any/all EA on every open chart. Can this be done?

I don't know how. I think that one EA does not have these privileges

@fxdreema probe a poner esa condicon en vez de apagar los bloques , pero quitas el grafico y vuelves a colocarlo y aun asi al arrancar te dice terminado, como se prodria volver a activar??
