Pending order on fibo level.

Hello @fxDreema how can I set a pending order on a fibo level? or if ther is an pending order and it is not at this level In want to move it there.
Can you help me please?
And I want to check the open position size of a trade so i can set a pending as a partial close of the position, im using metatrader 5.
