Custom indicator

Hello.

I'm wondering if someone is able to help me out with in total 4 custom indicators.
I only have the EX4 files BUT the creator of the indicators gave me the output buffers.
The problems is my knowledge how to make it work. Im no programmer so I do not have the right mindset how to make it work.
