New trade X pips from first trade

Hey guys
I would want to create a new trade when it goes X pips in the WRONG direction of the first trade.

Example:

First trade - Buy @ 1.45000
....price goes down 10pips....
Second trade - Buy @ 1.44990
....price continues to go down...40pips
Third trade - Buy @ 1.44600

...END EXAMPLE...

I want the EA to continue doing this....until i close them.

Is there a block for this?
