Trailing stop

Hi, please i need help to set my trailing stop right. Basically, i have a 30 pip sl and i want to set trailing stop so when trade is +10 pips, there is breakeven +1 pip and trail starts with a 1pip step onward following the price until it is hit.

The below is my current setting but its not working as it should. The setting reduces my stop loss instead of breakeven and trail profit.

If you want SL to start trailing only after there is certain profit, then use these "Trailing Start" settings
