Data control transaction time

I have an idea about the time control of the Expert Advisor. I hope that EA can stop trading when important meetings and major data come out or fluctuate greatly. Once the market stabilizes, it will start trading again. Is there a way to do this?

If there is some indicator to collect data about these meetings... Or if you know the hours. If you detect the price movements, it could be too late
