is there a way to compare MACD bars

as you can see in the image i want to compare the bars in macd indicator like if bar 1 above bar 2 and bar 2 is above bar 3 , something like this

and what does "value to fall" do?

It's to filter how much "above" or "below" the readings are. For MACD you can put something like 0.00005 to filter out flat periods.

Setting it to 0 means no filtering, I suppose
