Condition weird behavior

Dear forum

I have a simple question for most of you im sure
When making a condition i configured it like this

on current candle close do this...
But the condition is already executed on the every tick the chart is generating instead of waiting for the candle to close
I am using a non standard chart so i cant use the time filter "once per bar" and i am not using any of the time filters at all.
So i wonder why the condition is not waiting for the candle to close.
Does any of you know how to solve this?
