mql5 market installation error

mt5 expert consultant did the test te is working but when loading mql5 to the market these test on EURUSD,H1 (netting)
there are no trading operations
test on XAUUSD,D1 (netting)
there are no trading operations
test on GBPUSD,M30 (netting)
there are no trading operations
test on EURUSD,M1 (netting)
there are no trading operations

same error happening to me. Anybody knows how to fix it?
