Problem with Support fxdreema - no any answer

Dear Sirs,
I send some emails (within some days) to support - some more than 7 day. No any reply. Support working or not? I send email to: support@fxdreema.com
,but no any reply, no contact. No any wrong server reply - support received emails, but no any reply.If no support then pls remove this point: ""Free support" from main page fxdreema.com
My experience with support:
- some first days - reply within some hours,
- after about two weeks - reply some days,
- after sbout month - reply 7 days,
- after half year subscribtion - no reply!!!
No reply for more emails - i send within last week 7 emails first 02 Sept. - no any reply!

Bombarding the admin with a dozen emails will not help, I'm afraid.
He will answer your messages, eventually.If it's a technical challenge, I'ts usually faster to ask from this forum, there's more than 1 person answering.

The truth is that the admin is the only one answering questions through the support email. Are you a free user? Being a paying subscriber also helps. Otherrwise I agree with roar. Probably in this forum you will find some initial help.

I'm afraid support service is the weak point of fxDreema. I've told it to the administrator in the past and he's aware of it, but the option for a 24/7 full support service means raising up membership fees so it's not an easy decision for him to take.
