I would like a closing rule to pan out like this,
IF THE CURRENT CANDLE PRICE EQUALS PREVIOUS CANLES OPEN PRICE, CLOSE TRADE IMMEDIATELY -

YES, However, does that mean the condition will apply once the current candle has closed or the condition will apply whilst the candle is forming ?

Yes it's live, so it should shut at the same lvl than previous opening candle but only if its high is more important than the previous. If the last bullish candle is 10 pips, an the next bearish candles are 5 pips, one by one, the price can go below without limit.
