Coding of Entry/Exit System Required

I am new to Fxdreema and intend to learn how to create EA’s and indicators, but I would like someone to create an entry/exit system, if possible, for me now. I am willing to pay for it.
The system runs on Heikin-Ashi bars. One could use the Fxdreema Heikin-Ashi bars.
A dash must be drawn on the on the Heikin-Ashi bar where the real close of that bar was and not the Heikin-Ashi manipulated bar close.
Long Trades:
There are 4 buttons that will create/close a Long trade, that are required on the screen:

1. Entry Long on close of next HA bull bar.
2. Entry Long on close of next HA bull bar that closes above a line on the chart.
   This line must be identified; show the currency value of its placement and it must be able to be “dragged” up and down on the chart.
   If a long trade exists then
3. Exit Long on close of next HA bear bar.
4. Exit Long on close of next HA bear bar, after a line on the chart has been touched(not close above).
   This line must be identified; show the currency value of its placement and it must be able to be “dragged” up and down on the chart.

Short Trades:
The opposite.

Money Management:
Lot size management, Stop Loss and Take Profit levels must be controlled from the chart and once placed must be able to be “dragged” up and down, on the chart.

Well, it sounds a nice project. Did you read all the instruction and example pages? Do you have any created project to begin with?

No have not read all the pages nor created any project. I don't expect to be able to do such a system overnight and that's why I would like someone to program it.
