how to set distance pip

How can I set like a distance filter?
like when meet specific condition then a distance filter then doing someting
for example, when 20 MA cross above 50 pips, how can I set buy after above 5 pips when both MA cross.

Easiest way is to use Envelopes indicator.

You can find it on any MT4 platform by default. It's integrated within 'trend' indicators.
