How to make indicators to cross each other on the indicator window created by RSI levels 20 and 80

window created by RSI levels 20 and 80, I have this wonderful strategy but I've coded so many EAs on fxdreema and they're not what I have in mind, so can someone help me on that...

I want to use RSI period 1 for creating levels where the EMA and other indicators will cross each other EG EMA 4 and Bollinger bands
