BB RSI EA / I need assistance

Hi Guys, i need a help from someone since i am going in the circles for quite some time.
I want to create BB/ RSI EA:
Buy stop Conditions/
Candle/Price =< lower Bolinger Bands (23, 2)
RSI is =< 30
Candle body: is x pips long ( so the current body needs to be lets say 10 pips long)
Buy stop will be placed x pips from current price ( lets say 1-2 pips)Sell Stop Conditions:
Candle/Price => Upper Bolinger Bands (23, 2)
RSI => 70
Candle body is x pips long ( so the current body needs to be lets say 10 pips long)
Sell stop will be placed x pips from current price ( lets say 1-2 pips)
Money management:
Fixed Lot: 0.1
Risk:2% / automatic lots will be calculated
Sl 10
Tp 30
Breakeven Starts 10 pips /
Breakeven Lock: 6pips
Trailing stop starts at: x pips -
Step trailing pips: x ( keep the distance)
Stop Order distance: X pips /from current price, 0 means regular buy and sell are placed
Time between trades:10 ( in minutes, it will measure last time order was opened , and if less then inputted new order will not be opened)RSI Setting:
RSI High: 70
RSI Low: 30
RSI Period:18Bollinger Bands settings:

Magic Number of Ea - xxx
Magic Number of Monitored trades: 676, 897 / basically i need that if some number/ numbers are placed here, ea will check if orders are opened with these numbers, and will not open new order as long as orders are opened. If no orders are placed with these magic number/s ea will place new orderAs i mentioned i have started building ea on fxdreema, and i have managed successfully to screw it up every time i did it. BBRSI -
- Specify candle ID 1 in ALL operands of all condition blocks. Working with candle ID 0 will get you messy results.
- Remove both breal even and trailing stop blocks from its current position and create a separate block tree for them. Use a 'Pass' block and then connect (separatedly) both blocks below it.
