Hi, I have created an EA to display arrows on the chart and running it through the simulator is fine, but how to display historic events? I'd like to add the EA to my charts but it would be nice to look back at previous arrows where conditions are met.

@Fabien-S @Xfire Thanks for the replies. This Schaff Trend is non repainting and I have been using it successfully live. I know others do repaint. The Fish I use is also a non repainter so I am happy with that. I'll take you advice and see how it goes, thanks!
Hi, I am struggling getting to signal a custom indicator. I use the Schaff Trend cycle nrp and I want it to signal when the colour changes to red or green.

It's on my chart but how to get it to trade on colour change? I also want to avoid it trading if it doesn't hit both extremes, so no trading if colour changes mid way. I also want to use the Fish indicator which doesn't appear at but I'd like to solve this first. Any ideas? Main goal is to use MA's which I get now and use confluence with "custom Indicators" Thanks.
@Xfire @trader-philipps Thanks for taking a look! I have worked out how to get it to trade above all MA's now and bar crossing lowest MA for a trade. Thanks for the tip regarding spread. I didn't see the input and it was my Son who spotted the high spread on the screen......ha ha. I then found the setting and reduced it. 22 successful trades on H4 with 5 losses but one loss is incorrect because it shouldn't have been a trade.....not sure why. I can optimise this now. Thanks again!
On the topic of spread, any idea why it's only on buys and not sells? Still not sure why SL gets hit as it doesn't get to *1.5 ATR.
@trader-philipps Can you tell me where this is configured? I use slippage but assume that is slippage on the trade but I can't see Spread?
I have a trade that triggers on a candle above/below the 13SMA. For long for example, it has to be above the 200, 72, and 21 MA's. For short I see the entry is at the candle open but for long it's about 9 pips away so all shown would hit TP!!! However for short it gets to TP but goes and hits the SL to close. I am using *1 ATR for TP and *1.5 ATR for SL.
Today is my first attempt at this but I'm confused.!
