I tried Windows XP and it went fine. Im not sure if it is Windows Vista in general or just my PC

I have tried installing Fxdreema Desktop Version on my Windows Vista Home Premium (Service Pack) pc.
It never installs , although it shows installed flies "fxdreema.exe file and Data folder" in C:\Program Files\FxDreema.
When I click the "fxdreema.exe" , the program does not load and nothing happens/appears.
