@jstap and i only want to get the information the ea shows, and export it, so i need either a custom indicator that does the job or a script.
@biztet the ea doesnt trade at all, its just showing information, so the script is needed to export the information the ea produces.

which shifts you are using?
did you ever try with open prices instead of close ones?

you need to understand that mq4 and mq5 handle orders way different so its more a mt4 vs mt5 thing.

you are sure about the formula? to me looks not correct!

for a margin call you first need to find the net position (+buy volume-sell volume) if you have multiple open positions on multiple symbols this is task itself! if your broker matches buy and sell without a topping you are lucky if not you need to take the topping into account, next you would need to determine how much margin is left and how many pips your net exposure can handle, so a margin call only can come on the downside, not once you are in profit!

to clarify, the ea which runs on the chart isnt mine, so i dont have the code or can change any bit of it.

the task is:
an ea already runs on a chart and cant be changed
add a script that is just added once and will run oo, which means it pauses right before its terminated and restarts on a certain contain....

because an ea runs already on the chart and i cant run 2 on the same chart and i need data from the chart, which the script should collect.

So i need to add a script and pause/sleep or i need to make a custom indicator, since i didnt work much with indicators yet i prefer the script

so you wanna know:
if you already have reached the total allowed number of trades or if you allowed to open any trade (if OrdersTotal(); <max trades) means you are below max trades and can open another
if you are allowed to open trades on the current symbol basically the same but just with the current symbol check.
