How to open the Builder and how to add the indicator to start seting the conditions?
The EA conditions should be:

Start the EA
add manually the input (0 or 2?) in "note2"
Set Lot Size
Set Margin Level
Set PAIR....if necessary...?
Allow any Spike Values from 0 to n
EA must Wait for the FIRST Spike UP
SKIP any Spike Down, in any number of repetitions
On the FIRST Spike UP
EA Must Start Opening SELL Orders in the current chart PAIR,
Untill Margin Level is Down to...300%
EA must not do anything else
Then manually Delete the EA from the chart

I need help to build 2 Simple EAs
1 EA when indicator shows a Spike Above must close any open orders and Open SELL orders of same lot size untill Margin Level is down to 300 % in Metatrader 4, lot size will vary
2 EA When Indicator shows a Spike Below must close all open orders.
EAs must be confident
