Ok, I did not explain fully for that I apologize. I get the error when trying to install the local EA building app. In addition I have been using the in web builder and have not been able to get the EA to make a trade like I explained above.

Have installed and uninstalled, updated VC twice and have exported numerous EA even a simple "buy" on every tick and "buy" on no trades open and I get a screen showing the fxdreema info but no actual trades are made.
Oh yea and Im running windows 8, with comparability to winXP. Also tried comparability to Win7
