I'm looking to only allow one buy trade from my EA once within every H1 timeframe. For example once the EA is met and a trade places, I don't want another trade placed until the next H1 timeframe is entered. Is this possible and if so how?

Hi,
I am new to FXDreema and wondering if someone can help me. I am looking to compare the current H4 timeframe Open price to the previous H4 timeframe Open Price. If the Open price is above the last time frame then I want to buy. However, I have no idea how to set this up in FXDreema.
Help would be appreciated.
