Hello I Need direction Please

I am trying to set system of higher high and lower low from 8 candel yes candle 0 to 8 or candle 1 to 9
with oco 5 pip outside high and low

i did on but even if i put in pending order 5 pip ofset bid it look like it only look at the last candle
i use this

also i want to build on so i can make basket order please thanks for your help or sugestion
