I would try this: For each Pending Order -> check age -> close

But remember that if you work under "on Tick", then you will not always get a tick coming exactly 10 seconds after the order. They come when they want, they don't care about time. So if you want precise time, you need to work under "on Timer". It's period can be set from the project settings (the bench icon). But note that "on Timer" does not work in the Tester, because the Tester works with it's generated ticks

This Step of 0.1 pips... isn't this too low? It's actually possible to have value of 0 there, which means that SL will be able to move on every tick, but this will result in many requests to the server and the chance is that your broker will start to hate you 🙂

Try the Start options in the Trailing stop blocks. I think if you have 2 Trailing stop blocks and one of them has certain Start, it will work, and no pink blocks will be needed

Brokers often have limits. The EA is checking the minimum distance where SL/TP can be placed and if the requested value is lower, the minimum is taken. I think this is the better way, because otherwise you will get error messages such as 130 Invalid Stops
