I saw now that Sell block had Buffer 0 aswell...but that ive fixed...still not trading... Do i need some other condition added ?

Hey guys...
I have built an indicator that shows UP(blue) and DOWN(red) arrows...

I want to build an Binary Options EA of it.... if ARROW shows on previous candle... enter trade..
But the EA i tried to build does not work...it does not enter any trade... what is wrong?
