To whom It May Concern,
The bug was not fixed, but at least the problem itself was worked around with the usage of a new account.
I've created a new profile in FXDreema with a new email and...it's running!
I don´t know why but all my mql4 files can be opened in my new profile.
Now my new request sent to the admin is in order to transfer my remaining credits to my new profile.

Updating: I found out that mql5 files can be opened. mql4 files keep on not opening.
Still waiting for admin feedback...

@roar None of them is uploading. Even the ones that I made yesterday.
Until a few days ago it was all right.

@rahim-1 Sorry. I don´t know if I understood.
I have more than 400 projects (just in one computer). None of them is uploading. Did you ask me to "send" them ?

I'm trying to import my own projects made in fxdreema.

The "Import Project" option from the web platform is not running.
I can't upload the previous files that I've made.
I already cleared the cache and restarted.
I tried in Chrome, Opera and Edge in different computers, but the problem still persists.
Is there any solution or is it a bug from the system ?

@l-andorrà It went back to work yesterday. I was able to pay by credit card. Anyway, thanks.

I'm in the same situation.
And as I searched for "payment" and "paypal" I realized that there are others too.
Tried to pay using both credit card and paypal but always returned an error.
I sent a message to the admin. But still no reply.
