ive been using this site for about a week now , struggle with 4 things , PLS HELP

what i want ea to do is

block1 i want to trade all 28 pairs , but only load ea on one
chart to save pc speed THIS WORKS
11 i only want a max of 4 trades open at any one time
so i can control my money management THIS DOES
NOT WORK
2 ea may not open a trade on say GBPUSD when
there is a current trade open on that pair THIS
WORKS
3 allowed trading times THIS WORKS
4 spread must be lower than 4 THIS DOES NOT WORK
5&20 i set my acc growth target every morning , using
equity balance , once equity balance is reached , all
trades closes and trading for the day are done THIS
WORKS
6&7 condition - if a 1min candle moves with 10 pips a
trade is opened immediately ( not waiting for candle
to close THIS WORKS
8&9 buy or sell THIS WORKS
10 stoploss must trail immediately as price moves
THIS WORKS
12 takeprofit must trail immediately as price moves
THIS DOES NOT WORK
18,16,14 when in 10 , 20 and 30 pip in profit , 25% of trade
volume must close( going for 100 pip profit on last
25% of trade volume ) THIS DOES NOT WORK
22 all trades must close at 23h00 DID NOT TEST YET

if i attach my ea here and point out the things i struggle with , will anyone be able to assist pls

@kop is there no instructions or course on how this website works , so i can stop irritate you with my stupid questions , we must figure out stuff ourselves

@l-andorrà i use the current market blocks in this way so that i only have 1 chart open on mt4 ( but it trades all 28 pairs ) to save pc space

i have my sl at 50 in buy bar no tp

what i want to happen is :
on 10 pip profit it must close a third and move sl to 30
on 20 pip profit it must close another third and move sl to be and set tp to 50

what actually happens is :

on 5 pip in profit is closes one third and another third on the same time and sl does not move

????

pls help

can i set it not to wait for candle close ?

or must the candle close first

is the min pip value in the bull or bear candle setting

how can i load ea on 1 pair , but allow it to trade any pair
or MUST the chart be open ?
i have a spread limit protection
my conditions is so high that to setup is few and far between
want to increase my opportunities
