@jstap alright, I just loved the fxdreema environment, it offer great and unique feature, but the issue of poor technical support is a major concern.

Greetings fellow entrepreneurs, please, I discovered that the support service of this platform is relatively poor; I've been going through some posts and discovered that many issues are not resolved, even when they are resolved, the resolution is not always on time.

There are lots of technical issues that needs to be given attention, but I discovered that nothings are been done about it that makes me to begin to wonder if the creators of this platform are still with us.

Please, how can we improve on the issue? i don't know if other people have observed this or am the only one with this concern. If the support system of this platform is improved on, the platform will be one of the best.

Please, let something be done to improve the support system, make it reach the appropriate quarter please.

please, can someone help me how to calculate pip size rules for Deriv, also am using trade count; which is to say that if the ea opens x number of trades it should not open any further, but on Deriv, it is opening far more than the trade count value. What should I do, please?

The parameter: if price goes above Slow EMA, and fast EMA crosses above slow EMA low or slow EMA high, then buy.

it works in backtesting but doesn't work in demo.
