sorry i new for this. how to let boolen into comment?

when the first indicator cross like rsi > 70level set to true, wait for another indicator cross to be true. if one of the indicator reversed like rsi <30 then reset all. i new here sorry. i have search history from this forum and I did this but I think something wrong here because the order buy in wrong place and even open another trade when the trade closed fully.

i have doing it but problem is that if one of the condition pass. the trade will no longer made. so I totally did not know what should I do.

how to i write like this example below
when

1. rsi cross 70level then set to true.
2. macd main line cross signal line set to true.
3. if all true then when candlesticks cross ema 200
4. order buy will be put.

so in others example.
1）rsi cross 70level then set to true.
2) macd main line did not cross signal line and rsi go down to 30level. then all reset again

anyone know what should I do? because when rsi cross 70level. macd in the level above 1 normally will not cross. after macd cross by rsi already below 70level.

1. how to setting the SL is base on account balances. let say if the SL is >=5% of my balances then close trade.

3)if the SL hit ( account balances =>5%) then how to open a reverse trade? like buy hit sl then sell immediatly but the lot size have to *2. if first trade is 0.01 so the reverse trade must be 0.02. in my way because im using trailing stop so that when the order closed it will automatics put an order *2 but it is a gain amount. i wanna a sl that is with lose amount then *2 lot size. if the SL is a gain then will reset again.

4. how to filter the news. if that is a news right 10am then between 9am-11am trade is not allowed. and where can i get the information? investing.com? how to setting it?

5. the reverse trade when it place has not trailing stop at all. just follow the sl 5% account baalnces and tp 40pips.

1)sorry i new bie and not much know the system how to specify candle id?
2)limited to sell trades mean the block 79 is only for sell trade?
3) i only have sell trade when the indicator hits but if the sell trade hit the SL then i need the buy trade open immediate.
