a lower timeframe. In some cases, the exit position does not work properly?

My robot works based on the arrow indicator. If the buffer 1 is at the output, the current trade must be closed. But unfortunately in some cases the robot does not accept the output of the indicator (buffer) and in some cases it works correctly. please help me to fix this problem.
