    • EA with differend timeframes

      Hello everybody,

I have a question. I want to use an EA with differend timeframes.

What is the better and faster working solution:

1.) One EA is running at one timeframe and controlls also the other timeframes?

2.) One EA on every differend timeframe.... for example 5 timeframe = 5 EA´s

      Best regards,
      Martin

    • Current Lot size

      Hello Everybody,

I am using MT5 netting mode and have a problem to get the current lot size.

      https://fxdreema.com/shared/3dMHcN3H

If there is a open position it shows 0.0 but if there is a pending ordert it shows this value.

Has someone an idea how to get the current lot size?

      Best regards,
      Martin

    • RE: Partial TP

      Hi,

I solved the problem with an own calculation of the lot size to close.

      Use Cusom mql code: mathround

    • Bucket - Problem

      Hello Coders,
I have a problem with the bucket block. I am working with MT5 hedged mode.

I am using it to find the average opening price of the opened positions. It works fine if I use the same lot size for all positions.

      For example:

      0.1 lot buy - 1.1200
      0.1 lot buy - 1.1300
      0.1 lot buy - 1.1400

      Average price = 1.1300

If I use differend lot sizes it calculates only the average price of the opening prices but not weighted.

      0.1 lot buy - 1.1200
      0.2 lot buy - 1.1300
      0.3 lot buy - 1.1400

Average result = 1.1300 but it should be 1.13333333

It there a solution for get a weighted average opening price?

      Best regards,
      Martin

    • Activate Pending Orders

      Hello Coders,

I have a question. I am setting a pending order buy or sell.

The buy stop will be activated by the Ask price and the sell stop by Bid price.

Is it possible to change the activation to Bid for buy stop order and Ask for sell stop order?

      Best regards,
      Martin
