I want to use my EA to execute trade by alligator lips and teeth and I used to create an EA by this function but unfortunately it doesn't work properly and doesn't even execute any trade.what wrong is with my EA guys?

for example I want EA looks after my first condition and if it goes right gets to second condition and else it doesn't do anything.
