i put price level too but not act and in price level mode do not active buy position

i want set sl 10 pips below low candle in silver (xagusd)
i set _10 pips in adjust the same as picture .but dont work
and in xagusd 10 pips is right?

my startegy in sell position is :when rsi =>65 and candle id 2 cross above price into multiples of 10 in xauusd chart such 1500 price or(1510 ,1520,1530 ,1540....etc) and closed above 1500 ,and next candle cross below 1500 and when closed below sell position be active with sl 28 pips and tp 47 pips

i want EA in 5 min xauusd
Divide the price into multiples of 10 in xauusd chart such as(1500,1510,1520,1530,1540.....etc)
in sell poition when candle cross up 1500or other price(1510,1520,1530,1540.....etc) and closed above 1500 ,and next candle return below 1500 and closed enter in sell position if rsi =>65

and i have to set sl and tp in blocks manualy
are there any block for set all af price in there

my strategy just in xauud in 5 min time frame very protitable
my strategy :
In the gold chart, I draw the price with a factor of 10 such as (1900,1910,1920,1930 ......etc)
for sell position when candle id2 close above 1900 and rsi =>35 i wait for candle id 1 close below 1900 .and i enter position sell
with sl 28 pip from 1900 and tp 47 pip from 1900
this is my strategy in gold for time frame 5 min
but i have to made for each price as picture
are there any way for less than this bloks
