I would like to create a Stochastic of RSI (14 periods) but I could not find a way using Stochastic Indicator available in the builder.

Seems that Stochastic uses only prices as input in order to calculate its value. In this case, I would like to create an EA capable to perform the following calculation:

• Stochastic of RSI(14), %D=3; %K=3

When main line crosses above signal line,the EA indicates Buy
When main line crosses below signal line,the EA indicates Sell

Any help I woul very much appreciate.

Checking out the generator I found that Tick ID is only available for .ex4 files.

That's why I could not develop that algoritm.

Is there a way to utilize tick ID for .ex5 projects?

I'm trying to track prices of last deal by every tick and then set up a condition that triggers a buy or sell order depending on how prices vary tick by tick as well as applying some algoritms that might indicate a certain up or downtrend.

The problem is that I was not able to generate this EA because I do not know how to get track of prices on a tick basis.

Any help on how to create one or more blocks capable to record the last 10,20 or more ticks I'd very much appreciate.

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up an EA based on PSAR. The idea is to trigger buy orders when candle close price crosses above PSAR and sell orders when close price crosses below PSAR. I'm struggling to perform the EA correctly but when cross event happens no orders are placed during simulation.

I start with a "Once Per Bar" event then test 2 conditions:

I) Price at Close crossing above PSAR
II) Price at Close Crossing below PSAR

If one of conditions are true I verify if "No Position\Order Exists". If there is no position I attach directly to "Buy Now". Otherwise, I first "Close Positions" and then "Buy Now". The opposite is true for "Sell now".

I suppose this should result in a very frequent buy \ sell orders for 1 minute timeframe but when simulating no orders are being placed.

Any help I appreciate.
